Included is a complete health and diet evaluation, tongue appraisal, pulse diagnostics, and a personalized action plan blueprint (written with SIGNATURE consultation)for health optimization which may include herbs, Ayurveda massage, Shirodhara treatment or other services, Panchakarma and other suggestions.
Having completed your initial consultation and engaged in your wellness protocol, we recommend a follow up – usually 1 to 3 months after your first visit – to review your progress and make adjustments accordingly.

Basti's
Often given in a series of treatments for optimal effect, Basti’s are known for alleviating pain related to specific areas or to address chronic health conditions. Shiro Basti:
Targets problems related to the head area. Can be highly effective in remedying any kind of headaches, addressing insomnia, psychological ailments, hair issues etc.
Kati Basti (shown):
Recommended for severe back pain. Very effective in remedying postural imbalances, sciatica, prolapsed disc, acute and chronic back pain and more.
Greeva Basti (shown):
Addresses issues related specifically to the neck & shoulder region. Utilized to remedy inflammation, stiffness, pain, frozen shoulder and more.
Netra Basti:
Netra Basti is recommended for pain, dryness, itching, fatigue, inflammation, allergy & strain associated with the eye area. After Netra Basti treatment, the eyes will feel refreshed, rejuvenated and energized.
